New from Alabama !

[Doug Ward]

Hello everyone , my name is Doug Ward and i am from Central Alabama ( half way between Birmingham and Montgomery ). Here to learn as much as I can . Hope to soon start wholesaling to supplement my income a bit .

  In time I would like to have a few rental properties but for now it is time to first learn the game .  I have fantastic research skills and usually a good rapport with people . My main focus is to develop the skills to dive in and find some honest deals to pass on . Seems to me being straight-shooting and finding win win situations might be harder but I promised myself to always keep a good nights sleep .  Anyway just saying hello  and trying to give a proper introduction .
