New Aspiring Investor from Somerset, NJ!

Hi everyone,

I'm glad I found BiggerPockets! I've been interested in investing for years, but I think it's finally time to get started in earnest.

I'm looking to invest in single- and multi-family homes in Somerset, Middlesex and Union counties here in NJ. I'm interested in both buy and hold as well as flipping some houses.

I'm very handy and I'm looking to have that help me build some equity quickly and reduce my cash outlay.

Anyway, I look forward to learning a lot and contributing where I can!
