Hello BP from Suburban Chicago, IL

Hi BP folks!  Kathy Austin here.  I have a tip of the iceberg experience in real estate (i.e. I've worked in a few real estate offices while at university).  My professional background is in home design, sales and marketing, and HR.  Recently, I have launched a historic home design consulting business.

I am planning to jump into the real estate investment fun in 2016.  I'm looking to buy and rent as well as fix and flip historic homes / buildings.   In the mean time, I am gathering as much info as possible and would love to connect with folks with similar goals.

BP was a fantastic recommendation from @Anca Alexandru Rader.  Thank you so much for introducing me to this community!

I have a question about target buyers in the historic home market.  Which forum would I post this question in?

Thanks,

Kathy
