I am  finally getting to introduce myself on the network, been a member since a year ago but never realized the wealth of information on here. I have recently started reading the forums and listening to podcasts...just wish I had started earlier. 

I am a real estate investor from Douglasville Ga, just west of Atlanta. REI has been my goal since I purchased my first investment property in 2011. As of today, I have acquired 5 income producing single family homes and 1 flip. My goal is to acquire more SFH's and tap into multi-families.
