I am new to the site, so looking forward to learning more from everyone.  I am looking to invest in buy/hold single family properties in the Nashville Area.  Does anyone have any contacts there to help find good investments there, or recommend specific areas to look at first.  Looking for any and all input.  Thanks everyone.
