Starting out in Stillwater OK

My name is Allen. I am finally introducing myself although I have been a member for some time. I am a huge fan of the bigger pockets podcasts. I am currently working for a house builder/remodeler. I've been around construction most of my life since my dad built houses. I am ready to get into investing. I'm interested primarily in flipping houses but I also plan to have rental properties eventually. It's taken me awhile to get to this point because I am planning to move to Louisville KY. That is still the plan but it looks like it could be delayed awhile so I am going ahead and getting started here. I hope to make connections and learn as much as I can.
