Newbie from NY/Michigan

Hi Everyone,

My name is Prince Singh and I just recently joined the BP community. I am from NY and sometimes live in Michigan where my parents are so I am know both states pretty well (especially the Detroit/Flint area of Michigan and NYC in NY). I work a full time job and recently graduated from University of Michigan about two years ago. 

I enjoy my job but I have always had a knack for real estate and a deep interest. On the side I follow properties in the USA on Loopnet, propertyline, and auction.com however I feel like I am missing something as I have not been able to take the first dive into a first property as I have heard it is the hardest one. I am open to all ideas and definitely looking to find my niche. 

I hope to learn a ton from the community and make some good friends/associates along the way.
