Hello to all! I am a new investor who wants to focus my energy on flips to build capital and buy and hold rentals. My wife and I currently own 2 SFRs and a 5 unit apartment. We are currently looking for our first flip property. My goal is to be able to provide the opportunities for my 3 children (one more one the way!) that I did not have. I want to retire my wife first. Then of course myself.
