Newbie from Riverside County in SoCal

Good afternoon BP, I am completely new to Real Estate Investing and Real Estate in general. I am interested in finding a local mentor that can provide insight and guidance. Obviously nothing is free in life and I am willing to work. Currently I am looking to invest in this part-time. I have quite a bit of time during the day to work in real estate outside of my current profession, which I primarily work evening and weekends. I look forward to engaging in conversations with you and learning all I can while I am on BP. -David H.
