Hello everyone, my name is Jerrod Goode and I look forward to becoming an active member of the site. My real estate experience includes time spent as a loan originator and a real estate agent. I guess you can say I am in the learning phase of the investor side of things and I look forward to learning from you all. I plan to focus on wholesaling initially and at some point buy my first rental property.
