Hey everyone. I'm am somewhat new to the real investing world. Have been doing only bird dog deals until now and I'm looking to do more of these in the future. Interested in all matters real estate marketing , wholesale , buy & hold ( rentals ); Also the legal aspects of real estate and financing are also areas that interest me a lot.

I'd love to be able to connect here with like minded people who are passionate about what they do.
