Hello From Las Vegas

Just wanted to stop in and say hello. We are a group of real estate agents located in Las Vegas Nevada. Together we have over 100 years of real estate and mortgage experience. We are looking forward to meeting all of you and hope that we can contribute to the members of this forum.

If any of you are looking to invest in Las Vegas, please contact one of our investment specialists. News sources have come out saying Las Vegas is on a real estate bubble, I can tell you that is completely false. The NAR has stated that they made a mistake with its predictions for the coming years in Las Vegas. Our market is presently in a buyers market, but typically this time of year it is to a degree.

Home prices in Las Vegas are remaining steady and expected to decline a little. However the luxury high rise condominium frenzy is still going strong with expected high returns on these pre construction developments.

The best advantage for real estate investors right now in Las Vegas would be high rise investments and cashing in on the other investors who purchased without a great deal of capital reserves and purchased properties using adjustable mortgages which are now starting to adjust and most cant afford the new interest rates.

If you would like to find out more about our Las Vegas market please go to our website. We have ( Not An Advertisment But Fact ) the largest and most comprehensive website for the Las Vegas real estate hosuing market.
