Brand new to this site -

Hi there,  I'm new to this site and am waiting for my application to be process so I can to take the State Real Estate Exam.  I am going to partner up with my Realtor/friend and am looking for a template so we can take care of the details before we get started.  Can anyone recommend a good and free template?
