Hi there,  I'm new to this site and am waiting for my application to be process so I can to take the State Real Estate Exam.  I am going to partner up with my Realtor/friend and am looking for a template so we can take care of the details before we get started.  Can anyone recommend a good and free template?

Thanks!

@Launa Karanovich

Hello, and welcome to biggerpockets. There are loads of helpful investors on this site. Before you ask any questions, be sure to use the “search” feature. Virtually all the answers can be found in this way. If by some chance you cannot find it that way, feel free to post a question, and one of the many members will definitely help you out

Another thing to keep in mind, the “vote” button on each forum post is similar to the “Like” button on facebook. If you read something, and find it helpful, please hit the “Vote” button.

Real estate investing is not a sprint, building a strong foundation is important. Put in the work, pay your dues and your time will come. Below are some suggestions to help get you started building that foundation

Again, welcome to the site, if I can help you out in any way, please feel free to send me a private message.

Have an amazing day!
