Hello, my name is Tania and I am from Delaware.  I consider myself a novice because I currently have one rental property.  I have completed the classes to become a realtor but realized I did not want to be a realtor.  I have completed weekend seminars, I read books on real estate.  At this point I am looking to dig a bit deeper into real estate investing.
