New to REI and looking for all the information I can get to pour into my head before making a first offer. Don't want to be stuck in the education faze forever and want to get a deal done. Any advice from anyone is greatly appreciated. Just ordered bigger Pockets "The book on flipping houses" so cant wait for that to come in so i can read it.
