Hi Everyone, 

My name is Knifie Burks, I'm a new member to BiggerPockets.com & loving all of the information I have found here.  I am a Real Estate Broker in the Chicagoland area & Success Coach for Real Estate Investors.  I've worked with investors for about 13 years now & I've transitioned into coaching & inspiring female real estate investors this year.  

After all of the years of successfully helping others I've pushed my investment dreams to the side, but I've decided to begin purchasing my own properties in 2015 while I continue to help others.
