@James Wise yes I'm looking to live in one and take advantage of an FHA loan. @Michael Baradell I'm looking to buy on the West Bank to avoid the high taxes of New Orleans yet be fairly close. @Braden Smith thanks for the information I have a preapproval through Iberia bank for 200k so I'm starting pretty small. @Larry Fried I want to start locally and then spread out but it all depends on the deal, do you recommend out of state?
