Hello from Tampa!
Hello everyone!
I am a newbie from Tampa just taking in as much information as possible. I have always had interest in real estate but as a recent college graduate I still have a few hurdles to overcome but I am ready to get started.
My plan of action for 2015
1. wholesale 10 properties
2. Buy 1 duplex or triplex
I am excited to get started but want to do things the right way so that means having an LLC and having a professional look from the beginning.
I work full time right now and studying to do java development so this will definitely be a lesson in time management and EXTREME dedication.
