Help on purchase options. New Member from KC area, Go Royals

My daughter is just out of college. Rent is high where we live. We were thinking of buying a house and renting it to her until she builds up her credit and gets some savings and then selling to her.  Assumable mortgages don't seem to exist anymore, so what would be our best option on the transfer to her later, cost wise?
