Can you wholesale a wholesaler?

  I assume I was getting this deal sitting on a 18.5 acre,  on contract to wholesale to my buyers. After doing some research I found out there was another wholesaler in place who has an assignment with the person who is representing me as the buyer.  Would you fall back or write up an assignment with the person who suppose to represent me? 1st experience with this type of arrangement
