I am a local investor looking to expand my investing hobby into a full time career.  I am a Journeyman Electrician by trade and part time home inspector looking to get into wholesaling houses, multi-family units, and commercial real estate,  I would appreciate any advice on the local market in Erie, Huron, and Lorain county Ohio.
