Flipping out of my day job?

Hello everyone,

I found my way to this website in my search for information on flipping homes in Tennessee.  I'm really quite new to the whole idea, but I would like to buy houses, flip them and resell them.  In the beginning I plan to live in the houses while I fix them up.  I am very open to any connections in middle  and west TN.  Currently I am a full-time art teacher at the high school level.
