Greetings all,

I am in the midst of beginning my real estate investment journey after working with my Father-In-Law for a number of years on his rentals (he has 44 units now). I am, with two of my sons, the maintenance crew for his rentals. My wife also helps by doing some of his accounting and we both help out in management when he goes on vacation. He recently recommended a house to us as a possibility and it got the wheels turning!

I also have my own handyman business doing anything I can comfortably handle including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, lawncare, etc.... I've always enjoyed learning new things and working as a handyman is a never-ending learning experience. Probably very similar to property management, I imagine!

I'm looking forward to learning a lot and contributing where I can...
