Hi, my name is Larry and I'm a San Diego Real Estate Broker as a buyers, sellers agent. I also buy and renovate houses. I have managed over 20 of my own and other rentals but hate that part! and now looking to buy apartment buildings for passive income in Houston, Dallas, or Austin, Texas with a couple of partners, hopefully 2 to 3 buildings this year. We're looking at 20 to 50 units, we want to add value with some renovations and better management if we can. Your comment and or advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Larry Cabading
