My name is Adam Berryman, and I have recently started getting my feet wet in RE investing.  I currently have property in the Memphis, TN market along with some vacation rentals in Destin, FL.  I currently live in Oceanside, CA and want to spend more time flipping houses or finding solid buy and holds.  I'm excited to be part of the investing community!
