New to BP from Austin, Tx

Hello everyone. My name is Scott Bible and I live in Austin, Tx. I'm originally from Burnet, Tx. (a tiny town about an hour from Austin) I've listened to the BP podcast for a long time and finally decided to join. I became interested in real estate after researching how to buy my first home many years ago. My interest actually led me to a career as a mortgage professional, which I'm very passionate about.

 I have involvement with single family, (buy and hold) but my goal is to enhance my knowledge of multifamily and eventually begin purchasing small multi-fam properties in Texas. I would also like to be a resource for mortgage related questions or problems and expand my mortgage business. Thank you.
