Hello everyone! 

We are a husband and wife looking at buying our first investment property in Mansfield Tx

So, my hubby and I want to get to know you guys for your wealth of info and expertise as we venture into our first ever fixer upper, hopefully in the very near future!

We have lots of questions as we are confused and conflicted by what some of what we hear or read online..
