Hello everyone, my name is Joseph Argento I am a 28 year old real estate investor from Marlton, New Jersey.  Up to this point in time I have focused my attention on wholesaling since it is in my belief the easiest way to get your feet wet in real estate investing while learning other techniques to implement and grow your net worth and residual income.  But I am turning over a new leaf in 2015 and want to take my business to a new level by starting to rehab properties and flip them, as well as purchase rental properties this year.  That is actually how I came about this community is by doing research on how to raise private money capital to fund my deals.  Anyways I look forward to learning a lot from the members in this community, as well as being an avid contributor to it as well!  If you'd like to connect drop me a line, shoot me a message or whatever means of communication you prefer!
