Newbie in Raleigh, NC

I am looking forward to the great advice here on this site.  I have been a GC for the past 14 years and its time to step up and do what I intended to do from the start.  I have a lot to learn, I know that is for sure.  I plan on attending the webinar and look through as much of the old material as possible.  I thought there was no way I could move forward with this without deep pockets (which I don't have).  Just need to learn the ropes.  My wife is on board with me in this adventure and we are looking forward to replacing here current income.
