Hi everyone! My name is Mike and I am a new real estate investor in Northern Virginia. I have lower risk investment experience since 2009 in buying/holding and managing properties as rentals in my area. I am now also interested in branching out to other areas of the U.S. that are growing for similar investment and am willing to have llc partnerships with other investors.

Though my investment experience has been brief I would be more than happy to share some knowledge in finding/managing property and learn from others to excel investment opportunity. Looking forward to discussion with all of you!
