Hello I'm 26 years old and I feel like I'm late getting into this. I'm ready to explore and learn the fundamentals of buying and flipping my 1st property. Any insight will help ladies and gents. Thanks!

@Jerome McRae II Welcome to BP. It's never to late! I was just reading a thread on here the other day where a guy started buying properties when he was 39, and quit his job at 50 as a result of his investing.

Be Patient, and never give up!

Good Luck
