A little background on me..

I've been a part time investing since 2004. Its been fun so far.. I 've completed short sales, bought sub-to, and have done the fix-up thing. I like pre-foreclosures and I haven't sold a property yet! Several of the are here in Tucson which I hope to one day wake up and say damn, I'm rich! :lol:

The last year and half I have slowed way down to enjoy my two new sons. Pretty soon, it will be buying time. Based on the market, there' s no rush!
