Hi all.  My name is John from NYC.  I'm both new and old to real estate.  In my former life I used to work for an investment firm in NYC doing commercial real estate finance.  That was almost 10 years ago.  Now I'm a small business owner and trying to get back into real estate, this time as an investor.  I'm going to need a lot of help as a RE investor and I look forward to learning and being apart of this great community.

@James Wise

Well, I never wanted to voluntarily leave RE but was forced to when the recession hit.  Better late than never, right?
