Hello!!
Have been browsing these forums for a weeks just trying to slowly gather as much information and insight as possible. I figured I should finally become as active as possible.
I am currently 21 and still in college. Besides school, I am also currently pursing my real estate salesperson license that I am going to attain prior to graduation. I already have a broker that I can apprenticeship for so I can get my brokers license as soon as possible. Ideally, upon graduation I want to get into property management. I would really prefer to work in commercial but residential would be fine (at least to get my feet wet). I aspire to own my own management company down the line, but want to learn and grow as much as I can on the way.
Any feedback or input would be greatly appreciated, my mind is like a sponge right now and I want to learn as much as possible!
Thank you,
Xavier
