Hello all, I am a contractor ready to start investing. With that said I have done many flips and now I want to start making money for myself and not make someone else rich. I do have a few questions. Since I am a contractor would it be wise to find investors that would go 50/50 where I'm the working partner. Or would it be better better to find a investor to fund the whole deal?
