Hey all - 

I just wanted to make my intro post.  I just registered to BP, am a new investor in the Austin area.  I'm not sure how it works around here but I am looking to get into contact with some wholesalers if they have any deals available.  I have some capital to work with.  I prefer to start small and work my way up and learn the ropes.  BP seems like a great community and I hope I can contribute in the future.
