I am new to flipping properties.  I have worked with contractors for many years and understand the nature of true perfection.  I know I can become successful in this career because I now have a passion.  Everything is about timing and the time is now.  The oldest saying in the book quotes " Knowledge is power while ignorance kills ".  I now have the knowledge to pursue this endeavor.  Dream big or don't dream at all is my philosophy.
