Hello everyone,

My name is Matt and I live in the Charlotte NC area. I am the manager of a construction company, and I personally am looking to try to find some investors to renovate or flip houses In the area. 

The Charlotte Market is booming right now and there are also a huge amount of properties just waiting for someone to come along and scoop them up. I currently have a agent, labor, and suppliers all lined up just needing the capital to get the projects moving!
