Hi,

I'm super new to RE investing and would love to know more about getting my "feet wet" in this new pathway for me. I'm studying for my RE license, and wonder if it is even necessary to get started in real estate? I've always was interested in RE but because of lack of knowledge of where to begin, Its been difficult to take action.

I began reading the Ultimate Guide, and it's been helpful. I'm a person who does not have the cash or credit to begin in the venture of investing. What are my options? Looking forward to hear some feedback. Thanks everyone!
