Hi everyone, my name is Rashad Alexander and I'm a new investor as well as brand new to BP. I've been reading and reasearching real estate investing for the past few months and feel that now is the time to take action. I'm get started via Wholesaling initially and then plan to branch out into other avenues as I get more seasoned in the real estate world.
