Hi everyone,

                  I'm new to bigger pockets. I currently own a duplex and made all of the rookie mistakes. I bought a pro membership after listening to brandons webinar. it was awesome. anyway looking forward to gaining some knowledge from everyone. thanks mike

    Welcome to the site!

    Little advice:

    Try finding a niche. There are a multitude of books and courses out there. Figure out if you are interested in single families, multi families or commercial and start looking for knowledge in exactly that side of the business. The more focus you are, the higher chances of getting started and being successful!

    You'll find a lot of great people that will answer your questions on this site!
