It's great to be introducing myself to such a great network of people!

My name is Robert Shauchunas in Dallas, Tx.

Growing up I worked on rental properties. I learned a lot about construction and got my first glimpse of passive income. I started saving after high school and invested in silver and gold. When it shot up, I sold and started studying investment options. At the time I couldn't see past the next 6 months. I thought, yah lets make a lot of money fast!

Well, thank the real estate gods I stumbled on a rehab.  A week later I bought for cash. I rehabbed it all myself and have managed it ever since. After that I went to work for an investor part time as an assistant. Three years later I was primed. I wanted to go full time on my own but had no solid direction or $$$ saved. I had been spending my rental income all that time. :-(

I changed jobs for more pay, cut my expenses and 2014 was all about saving money. I met my savings goal and I quit that job. A milestone for me. Today I am committed to real estate full time.

To cover my monthly expenses I have decided to only do work related to real estate. So I am bidding small jobs and submitting resumes. I have budgeted to last 6 months WCS as well as 10K for a marketing campaign. I can't tell you how excited I am.

I plan to stay active here so you can all hold me accountable and give back all I can.

Thanks for taking the time! I hope to meet you!
