Hello everyone,

My name is Tate Brown and I am a 26 year old Realtor with Bradley Real Estate residing in Santa Rosa, CA.

I am looking for advice on how to start my own free Real Estate Blog that will include relevant and useful information for Buyers, Sellers, and investors. I want to update it with past Real Estate transactions ( I will use pseudonyms to keep actual clients protected) so people can know what to expect in the process of transactions and build on my database of stories. I believe people find stories interesting and that people can learn a great deal from them.

I was able to purchase my first property 2 years ago at the bottom of the market and I fixed it up and currently reside in it now with a roommate in the other room. My goal is to keep acquiring properties overtime. I am probably 2 years out from being in a position to purchase another property, but any advice to get towards that goal or work to it would be much appreciated.

I also would love to meet people in the Bigger Pockets community to network and learn from all of you. I figure there is a wealth of information here and I would love to hear from anyone that has some advice or insight about Real Estate in general or advice for helping my career.

Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you all!

Tate Brown
