Motivated Newbie from McDonough, Ga

Hi my name is Mike and I'm an investor-holic! When I say I eat, sleep and breath studying to become a part of this industry I mean it. I drive trucks locally for a living, so this is where I do my sleeping (as a result of issues at home) as well as my studying. Sad part about it, is I'm literally feeling like I'm in a rat race because I rarely get to see the home that I'm paying rent and bills for every month. So that's half my story in a nut shell, the other half is I barely see my kids, my gf of 5yrs just broke up with me, and everyone around me is trying to discourage me from making this major change from the left column (E,S) to the right column (B,I) some may know what that means. 

Long story short I'm more motivated now than I ever was and despite all my issues, I never stop trying to further my knowledge in this business by reading, listening to audio books, watching videos and now networking on BP (so glad I found this). I know I'll be a great asset to this industry.

2015 REI goals:

I'm looking to start out with wholesaling because that's the only thing my credit and funds will allow me to do. I'm hoping to build a solid financial foundation and strong relationships with other investors so I can move up to fix and flip and/or buy and hold and a few other businesses in this industry. I'm 100% motivated and will do everything in my power to get there "starting with believing". My goal is to have multiple streams of income by the end of this year and to be out of this d#!+ truck!! 

Sorry for giving a book introduction but this is me. I'm an honest, stand up guy who loves to meet new people that know more than he does, and makes everyday sacrifices for his kids. And I'm determined now more than I ever was to make this happen so I can spend more time with them! Thanks in advance my new BP family for the future you're about to help me achieve!
