Hi there,

My name is Tawnie and I am located in Roseville, CA (Sacramento Area).

I work for a background/tenant screening company and I help rental property owners and management companies quickly fill vacancies with the right tenants, lower eviction rates and increase long term revenue. I'm here to provide helpful advice in regards to screening and tenant issues or concerns.
