Newbie from Toledo, Ohio and want to get started!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Nathan and I'm originally from Toledo, Ohio.  I am currently living out of state, but I am looking to get started investing in Toledo.  I was born and raised in the area so I feel I know the area fairly well. 

I will be living in Toledo July and August so I am doing my research now and I'm hoping to make some moves during that time.
