Hello BPrs,

Just joined and am respecting "introduce yourself" to existing members. Profession in prior life was marketing communications designer. Sold business in '05. Am interested in fine arts... Father was chef & restaurateur... following in footsteps with food interest (but will never open restaurant to preserve sanity)... dabble in Porsche restoration. Live on Brickell, in Miami. Now interested in real estate investing and so my participation here with you. Looking forward to sharing issues and solutions. Karl ~
