Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am so happy to have found this fabulous website! Bigger Pockets will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in the progression of my success in real estate. I look forward to meeting many more motivated and positive individuals like myself.

Being twenty two years old, I am far from an expert in the field of real estate investing. I would be a fool to say otherwise. However, time is my greatest asset and by starting young I hope to build some serious wealth within the next few years. I plan on wholesaling to generate the capital necessary to start purchasing properties (whether this be buy and hold for long term, lease options, or rehabbing). I have a mentor in place, I'm part of our local REI club, I have a buyers list which I am continually striving to increase, I do research each week at our county offices to update Notice of Default and Foreclosure lists... I'm taking steps in the right direction, but it means absolutely squadoosh to me until I start seeing results in the form of big checks!
