Hello everyone,

I'm new to investing and to BiggerPockets. Everything is new but I've been doing my due diligence for the past couple of months. Now I'm at the point that I'd like to take the plunge.

There are some questions I have but I'll post them in their respective areas.

My goal is to buy and hold properties In the Chicagoland area with good ROI. I have excellent credit and good income able to save 60K yearly. I have money to get started but work a lot so from what I read a good wholesaler could assist me greatly. Also looking for potential equity partners or private investors to allow for more purchases.

I'm looking at residential and commerical mulitfamiliy properties. Excited about what's ahead!!!
