Hello! I'm Megan - my fiance and I are relatively new to real estate and investing. I'm currently a tax accountant but have recently realized that pursuing real estate investing on a more full time basis can get us to a much better financial place - not to mention not having to work another tax busy season. Our goals are to get as much education as possible, continue networking, start off with a few wholesale deals to build capital and to rehab/flip another 3-4 properties before the end of the year. Sights are set high but I figure the quicker and deeper we can get into the real estate world the better. I have already found lots of good info on Bigger Pockets and would love to network with those who are familiar with the Sacramento market. Cheers!
